Our Cooking Club has been busy again🧑🍳
With our garden producing an abundance of courgettes, we decided to get creative in the kitchen!
We’ve all heard of carrot cake and beetroot cake… but have you ever tried courgette cake😋
Using mixed spice and a touch of nutmeg, our talented bakers whipped up a deliciously moist courgette cake, finished with a creamy cream cheese icing. Safe to say it went down a treat at afternoon tea🍰

What a blooming lovely way to spend a Saturday morning🥰
Our residents enjoyed a relaxing morning filled with refreshments, great company, and the most beautiful summertime flowers!
Together, they created some stunning floral arrangements, which are now proudly displayed throughout our home for everyone to admire💐
As we arranged the flowers, we shared stories about our favourite blooms, the flowers that bring back happy memories, and the ones that never fail to make us smile😆
