Lynn the manager at Hermitage House and her team were very happy to welcome The Argyle care home for another visit. They all had a great afternoon filled with laughter and games and a nice afternoon tea. This is something that Lynn feels strongly about bringing people together for some social interaction and stimulation with different faces.

Lindsay Thornton from Hermitage house currently at the EWMA conference (Europe’s wound management association ) in London for 3 days. Morar Living staff always keep up with the latest training and professional development available to them. I am sure Lindsay will share all her knew knowledge with her team and further.

The residents at Hermitage House enjoyed a lovely day out in the grounds in the sunshine. They were joined by various small animals to amuse everyone. They all had a great afternoon. Hopefully the good weather will remain for a while and we can enjoy being outdoors more.

Our local school stopped by and brought some festive spirit with them in time for Christmas🎄
We sang Christmas carols and songs together and even played some games, we all had such great fun♥️
We can't wait to have them back with us in the new year!

We are blown away by the number of gifts donated to our Women's Aid Appeal this year🥰
When the lady came to collect the donations, she was overwhelmed by the number of gifts and the kindness shown!
This has been one of the most successful appeals we have done at Hermitage House, and we are genuinely blown away by the kindness of relatives and staff members who donated♥️
There will be a lot of pleased mothers and children on Christmas day, a huge thank you to all who donated😆

We love when our local Nursery stops by to visit us and put smiles on everyone's faces🥰
The children sang lots of fun Christmas songs, and then they handed out snacks and lots of cuddles to our residents♥️

Parklands School have recently paid us a special visit and put on a lovely performance singing to all of us♥️
Parklands is a purpose-built school for pupils with Complex Special Educational Needs, and we just love it when they come to visit!
