🏊♂️ A very special wish has come true for our wonderful Cliff💙🥹
Cliff has always loved swimming and used to visit the pool four times a week. Sadly, for the past five years, he hasn't been able to enjoy one of his favourite activities!
When Cliff shared his wish to go swimming again, our wonderful team were determined to make it happen🥰
With a special swimming session arranged, Cliff was accompanied by our lovely carer Sal and Diana, helping him return to the water and do something he had missed for so long🏊♂️💕
What an incredibly special moment, seeing Cliff's wish become a reality after five years!
Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Helping our residents continue enjoying the things they love and making their wishes come true means everything to us❤️
