With some new residents joining our home, we thought what better way to get acquainted than a bit of adventure out together!
Three of us enjoyed a quick trip to Stewarts Garden Centre, where plans were already being made for future flowers in the garden🌸
Followed, of course, by a well-deserved stop at the café for some refreshments☕

We have introduced a wonderfully relaxing new craft to our residents, Diamond Art, and it’s been a sparkling success!
Over several sessions, our residents enjoyed creating their very own masterpieces, from beautiful bookmarks and practical coasters to stunning pictures they can proudly admire🧑🎨
Taking their time, sharing laughs, and embracing a brand-new skill, everyone found the process both calming and rewarding😆
So much so, that Diamond Art is now a firm favourite and something they’re excited to continue as part of our regular activities💎

This week, residents and staff took a festive trip to Bournemouth to check out the Christmas tree and the magical light festival. Wow, we were in for a treat💡
The lights looked absolutely stunning. Of course, we couldn’t resist a quick pit stop for refreshments… which obviously meant churros from the Christmas market😋
We also spent some time sitting by the sea, watching the most phenomenal sky put on its very own display. It was a truly special moment to enjoy together🥰
